Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-in and early check-out for early flights are easy to arrange - message us in advance.
Yes. We use a digital lock and send the door code on arrival day. Useful for late-night arrivals from international flights.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for direct bookings. OTA cancellation policies match the platform's standard terms.

Yes - 15% off weekly stays (7+ nights) and up to 30% off monthly stays (28+ nights). Long-stay rates are designed for NRIs visiting family, hospital companions, and remote workers.

Yes. The kitchen has a gas hob, induction, fridge, microwave, kettle, full cookware and crockery, and basic spices. You can cook full meals for the entire group.

Yes. We have a ground-floor bedroom option, no major stairs at entry, the street is quiet, and Apollo Adlux Hospital is 1 km away should any medical need arise.
Yes. The villa is on a quiet residential street and the kitchen helps families with special meal requirements. Cribs can be arranged on request.
Pets are not currently allowed.
No smoking inside the villa. Guests may smoke in the outdoor garden area.
Long stay
Yes. We have 100 Mbps fibre, a dedicated workspace, an air-conditioned bedroom for calls, and quiet surroundings. Many of our long-stay guests work remotely.
Weekly cleaning, weekly linen and towel change, all utilities (power, water, Wi-Fi, gas), and ongoing host support over WhatsApp.
Yes - subject to availability. Long-stay extensions are common for hospital and family-visit guests, so message us early and we will hold dates where possible.

Karukutty has both Kerala restaurants and chain options within a 5-minute drive. Angamaly town (10 minutes away) has a wider range - known for its beef and pork dishes.
Athirappilly Falls (90 minutes), Munnar hill station (3 hours), Kochi Marine Drive and Fort Kochi (1 hour), and Bhoothathankettu Dam (45 minutes). Many guests use the villa as a quiet base for day trips.
